Due to Covid-19 restrictions ticket sale for the ISU European Figure Skating Championships is postponed.
The Organizing Committee would like to create secure environment for all the spectators, while also wanting to create a fantastic experience for our skating fans.
We are forced to wait until November 1, at least until it is confirmed what number of spectators will be allowed at the ice rink.
The Organizing Committee sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope for your understanding in these uncertain times.

In general, paid tickets are non‐refundable. A refund of the ticket price, excluding the service fee will be made only in the following circumstances:
The event is cancelled
The event is held without spectators due to restrictions imposed by Croatian authorities and/or the International Skating Union
Restrictions imposed by Croatian authorities that prohibits travelers from certain countries to enter Croatia
If Croatian authorities were to implement quarantine rules for travelers entering Croatia for seven days or more, these travelers will be able to refund their tickets.
Due to the pandemic around the world we have decided to postpone the ticket release.
Once it is decided that the event will have spectators, information on the procedure how to buy a ticket will be published.
The health and safety of the participants are ISU and our number one priority. We will follow the governments regulations and guidelines thoroughly and will inform about the measures and procedures closer to the event.
Camera Policy is in place at events to protect the safety of athletes and to ensure a distraction-free environment for all spectators.
You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks in the arena. Bottles are not allowed no matter the material or content due to safety reasons.
There will be seats for spectators with disabilities. We will soon announce which seats will be available and how can you book them.
