Alternatively, you can also purchase tickets at the venue box office on the day of the event, subject to availability.

In general, paid tickets are non-refundable. However, a refund of the ticket price, excluding the service fee, will be made only in the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled for any reason, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Event Held Without Spectators: If the event is held without spectators due to unforeseen restrictions imposed by Croatian authorities and/or the International Skating Union, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

Travel Restrictions: If restrictions imposed by Croatian authorities prohibit travelers from certain countries to enter Croatia, ticket holders affected by these restrictions may request a refund of their tickets.

Quarantine Rules: If Croatian authorities implement quarantine rules for travelers entering Croatia for seven days or more, affected travelers will be eligible to refund their tickets.

To protect the safety of athletes and ensure a distraction-free environment for all spectators, a Camera Policy is in place at our events. If you wish to take pictures, please use cameras without flash. This helps maintain a conducive environment for athletes and ensures minimal disruption during performances.

For safety reasons and to maintain cleanliness within the arena, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Additionally, bottles of any material or content are prohibited inside the arena.
